Curriculum

At LTOB Preschool, children experience God’s love every day through Bible lessons, prayers, and the guidance of caring Christian teachers who model His example. Our program is built around the HighScope Curriculum, a research-based, play-centered approach that nurtures growth in academics, social skills, and spiritual understanding.

Children learn by doing, exploring, and making choices—whether building or creating, exploring in the art area or outside, or learning to play with friends. Through hands-on activities and guided play, they practice problem-solving, develop independence, and gain confidence as learners. We seek to foster child's autonomy and independence as learners and to support each child in their unqiue learning styles. To do so, our teachers play alongside children, observing, supporting, and extending their discoveries to help every child flourish. We tailor lessons to fit a variety of learners and make sure that active, play-based learning is in all that we do.
